VODATECH is a manufacturing company active in the development and production of the equipment for industrial wastewater treatment.
The Vodatech company was founded in 2002 and during its existence has delivered over 1000 manufactured facilities in more than 25 countries around the world, mainly to the European Union, Eastern Europe, Africa, Russia and South America.
Manufactured technology is used in wastewater treatment, especially in the food industry, such as slaughterhouses, meat plants, dairies, poultry plants, breweries, etc., as well as the paper and plastic recycling industry and of course, in the municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTP).
Flotation units, rotary screens, separators, chemical units, screw presses, screw conveyors and sludge dewatering screws (sludge thickeners), worm screens, sand separators, sand washing machines, flush valves and other equipment manufactured by VODATECH are high quality, made of stainless steel and are characterised by high reliability and easy operation.
The devices can be manufactured in various grades of stainless steel: AISI 304 (L), AISI 316 (L, Ti), Duplex, with regard to the nature of wastewater and customer needs. There is also the possibility to design devices ATEX (Directive ATEX 94/9/EC) for explosive environments.
The company Vodatech has its own technical and R&D facilities. All knowledge gained in the operation is evaluated for improving of the operation and service. All products are tested before shipping and stainless steel is pickled and passivated.
